ZUDDHARMA YOGA is a powerful practice based on the principle that Yoga is the ‘brother’ & Ayurveda is the ‘sister’. It was born out of the apparent need to establish a purity back to the teachings of Kundalini Yoga and assist in the practitioner being able to establish a deeper awareness of themselves in relation to their body & Ayurvedic Dosha type.
Choosing practices that serve who One truly is.
ZUDDHARMA YOGA has its deep foundational roots within Patanjali’s Ashtanga or eight-fold path of yoga.

Bringing the essence of the practice of Kundalini Yoga into your own home with the intent of redefining, refining and resurrecting One’s True connection to the source of everything.

Allowance is the highest form of love so come with an open heart, mind and kindness to your physical form to surrender to whatever is needed in the moment.

Come and be beautifully challenged in every way to evolve into your own splendour and serenity.

Anybody over the age of 18 with all levels of experience welcome.
